Abstract
Nonostante quel che si dice in giro e quello che ci fanno credere, le classi sociali esistono e continua a esistere la lotta di classe, seppure in forme molto diverse rispetto a qualche decennio fa. Occorre, dunque, che l’analisi antropologica consideri la loro presenza nel mondo attuale e studi le forme nuove con cui esse si manifestano. Negli interventi del convegno non si è parlato di questi temi, come non è stato sufficientemente ricordato che la ricerca e l’analisi di De Martino, Cirese e Bosio si svolgeva in corrispondenza e in compresenza di un impegno politico a favore di quelle classi sociali di cui si studiavano usanze, costumi e comportamenti.
Despite what is said and what make us believe, social classes exist and class struggle continues to exist, albeit in very different forms compared to a few decades ago. It is therefore necessary that anthropological analysis considers their presence in the present world and studies the new forms with which they manifest themselves. In the interventions of the conference there was no mention of these issues, as has not been sufficiently mentioned that the research and analysis of De Martino, Cirese and Bosio took place in correspondence and presence of a political commitment in favour of those social classes of which were studied customs, customs and behaviours.
