Abstract
La trascrizione di queste conversazioni con due donne punjabi si colloca nell’ambito di una ricerca svolta presso un gruppo di migranti indiani sikh nel Valdarno Superiore aretino. Sangeet, una donna di 30 anni e Simran, una ragazza di 19 anni, accomunate da un presente da emigrate a seguito di decisioni familiari, sono parte di una serie più ampia di dialoghi vissuti come scambio tra ‘mondi’ e universi femminili, la dimensione delle punjabi in diaspora e quella delle ‘autoctone’ incontrate in Italia.
The transcripts of these conversations with two Punjabi women are part of a research project on a group of Indian Sikhs who live in the Valdarno area (in the province of Arezzo). Sangeet, a 30 years old woman, and Simran, a 19 years old girl, are both immigrants, for they have followed the path chosen by their families. These dialogues are part of a larger series of conversations that have been experienced as an exchange between different feminine ‘worlds’ and universes: those of migrant Punjabi women, and those of native Italian women whom they have met in our Country.
