Abstract
Il contributo di Hugo Schuchardt allo studio delle strutture metriche, retoriche e testuali del canto lirico-monostrofico italiano viene illustrato attraverso una parafrasi dei passi salienti del volume Ritornell und Terzine (1874), che trattano in maniera specifica dei rapporti tra strambotto e stornello, del ruolo che vi possono assumere i proverbi, della metrica e di rima, assonanza, consonanza.
Hugo Schuchardt’s contribution to the study of the metric, rhetorical and textual structures of Italian lyric-monostrophic song is illustrated through a paraphrase of the salient passages of the volume Ritornell und Terzine (1874), which deal specifically with the relationship between strambotto and stornello, the role that proverbs, metrics and rhyme, assonance, consonance can assume.
